CAMFOOD – Cambodia’s Biggest International Food & Beverage Exhibition will be back with its Sixth Edition at the Diamond Island Exhibition Centre, Phnom Penh from 19 to 21 September 2018. Catering to the country’s vibrant F&B industry, the exhibition will be its biggest yet; with many bookings for booths received from major local industry leaders as well as international pavilions from China, India, Italy, Korea, Japan, USA, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand and Singapore.
Backed by key industry organisations including the Cambodia Tourism Federation, the Cambodia Hotel Association, the Cambodia Restaurant Association, the Cambodia Chefs Federation, the Cambodia Chef Association and the Cambodia Sommelier Association, CAMFOOD 2018 is the largest gathering of the F&B industry’s professionals in the kingdom and is packed with many exciting hospitality competitions. Presented by the Cambodia Tourism Federation, the competitions are designed to attract hundreds of chefs and hospitality staff from around Cambodia to compete in the most prestigious event of the year.
CAMFOOD 2018 is the platform to support the development of the F&B industry by introducing new products, ideas and solutions while improving the quality and professionalism in the industry. As Cambodia’s economy continues to expand by over seven per cent and tourism arrivals growing at a similar rate, the demand for a wide variety of food establishments will increase. The number of F&B franchises is already increasing as the disposable income of Cambodians grows.
