Through this session, you will learn how to minimise Transfer Pricing (TP) queries with tax authorities by applying the most appropriate of the five TP methods recognised by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Various case studies will also be explored, illuminating and eliminating misconceptions and errors you may have had.
