The SMF is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2019 on 20 September 2019. This event is open to SMF members ONLY. SMF members are encouraged to attend this annual event and have your say to help the Federation serve you better.
Please note that during the AGM, there may be requirement for voting on resolutions. We would require you to confirm the representative who is authorised to vote at the meeting.
Please note the following:-
Each Authorised Member shall be entitled to be present, to vote on any question and to be reckoned in a quorum, at any General Meeting provided all membership subscription fees are paid and their rights, privileges and benefits have not been suspended.
Each Member shall notify the SMF in writing their Authorised representative at any General Meeting. This representative shall be entitled to one vote. The Authorised representative cannot represent more than one Member at a time.
