Synopsis

We are pleased to inform that Mrs. Josephine Teo, Minister for Manpower and Second Minister for Home Affairs has accepted SMF President Douglas Foo’s invitation to come to SMF for dialogue with SMF members and partners on Friday 13 March 2020 from 1100 hr (start) to 1300 hr at SMF Office. Minister Teo covers many portfolios but she will be coming in her capacity as Minister for Manpower. Minister Teo will be accompanied by a senior team from SSG, WSG and MOM.

Objective

Minister Josephine Teo is expected to cover aspects in the coming 2020 Singapore Budget pertaining to manpower as well as programs that the Ministry of Manpower will carry out for Singapore Companies and locals under the 2020 Singapore Budget to be released on 18 February 2020.
