Synopsis

Discover how ISO 14064 (GHG) and ISO 14040 (LCA) standards empower industries to quantify, report, and manage emissions effectively. Unveil the principles and frameworks crucial for GHG inventory and lifecycle assessments, shaping sustainable practices. Be apart of the conversation driving holistic environmental management, fostering connections, insights, and strategies for a resilient future. Embrace your role in the SG Green Plan 2030. Together, let’s bridge the gap towards a sustainable tomorrow.

One of the readily available tools organisations can make use of for this purpose is the series of ISO 14064 (GHG) and ISO 14040 (LCA) standards.

ISO 14064: Standards for GHG quantification and reporting, covering organisational and project levels, including inventory design, management, and verification.
ISO 14040: Sets principles and framework for Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), aiding informed decision-making on an organisation's product environmental impacts.

Together, these series are essential in formulating effective strategies to reduce GHG emissions and combat climate change.

The “Bridging Sustainability” seminar will serve as a catalyst for driving a more holistic and integrated approach to environmental management, emphasising the crucial roles of both GHG accounting and LCA in achieving a sustainable and resilient future for industries in Singapore. Participants can also expect to gain valuable insights, establish meaningful connections, and contribute to a collective conversation in sustainability practices.

Objective
