Mode of Assessment

Students will be required to complete two assessments:

Written Assessment based on Short Answer Questions (SAQ)

Written Assessment based on Case Study (CS)

At the end of the training programme, the learner will be able to:

1.Identify team’s goals and objectives in accordance with organization’s needs.

2.Establish teamwork and team performance standards according to set goals and objectives.

3.Apply effective workplace communication skills.

4.Evaluate team’s effectiveness and monitor team performance in accordance with organization’s goals and objectives.

5.At the workplace, immediately put to use the knowledge, techniques and tools that he/she has learnt in the course.
