Synopsis

Objective

At the end of the training programme, the learner will be able to:

1.Promote team discussion, support and coach team members on Failure Mode Effect & Analysis (FMEA) to manage, implement and direct continuous improvement systems.
2.Apply FMEA to analyse, synthesise and interpret information gathered, accessed and recorded to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
3.Design the FMEA failure risk measurement system and apply improvement tools and strategies.
4.Monitor and evaluate FMEA continuous improvement processes.
5.Manage FMEA systems and processes to facilitate continued improvement.
